How to order

 

 

There are different ways to order, one simple way might be...

1.

Send the document or a document sample by e-mail to info@steady.ro specifying your information, the source language, the target language/s and the delivery date in the form below.

2.

In less than an hour you will get an estimate. 

3.

Confirm your acceptance of the estimate by fax/email/phone.

4.

You will receive the translated document and invoice by the established delivery date.

5.

You can make the payment to the account indicated in the invoice within 5 days (by wire transfer).

 
 
How and when to pay

Invoices must be paid within 5 days of receiving the translated document unless otherwise established. You can use these 5 days to evaluate the translation we have delivered and if you are not satisfied you can contest the job using the procedure in sales conditions.

We normally request an advance payment of 50% for new customers over 250 euro.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Wire transfer.

We are proud of being among the very few to offer delayed payment on Internet, but we expect these payments to be as punctual as our deliveries. We have a very strict credit collection policy.
